He doesn’t like her attitude so he makes her extra uncomfortable, having her get to the floor. Her ankle cuffs are attached to a tanker desk. Her hands are cuffed in front. She absolutely can not get comfortable on that filthy floor in those metal bindings. When he finally removes the bindings she shows off the indentations in her skin and talks about the bruising that is about to come. The officer seems uninterested and tells her to go visit her doctor when she gets home.
