A retired actress (Portia Everly) finds herself being interrupted by an officer (Tony) while she is in the sauna. She is cuffed behind the back and at the ankles and escorted away after being frisked. Once at the jail she poses for her mugshot and gets undressed and searched. She gets into a green jumpsuit and is chained up and the some rope goes on before she is taken away by car. The corrupt warden (JJ) is along for the ride, excited to hang out with a star, a white ballgag gets stuffed into the pretty ladies mouth. Now at a disgusting jail, Portia has to get undressed and get into an orange jumpsuit, white socks and orange jail shoes. Her arms are bound behind her head, with elbows nearly together Her legs are tied crossed in front and her shoes come off and a socked toe is bound to her thigh, a hood goes over her head and a ballgag goes into her mouth. She didn’t sell her to soul to Hollywood but perhaps she has sold her soul to the warden. What exactly has she gotten herself into by striking a deal with this warden?

A woman (JJ Plush) is talking on the phone explaining to her date what she will be wearing when they meet later. She is shown tied up in his long sleeved button up shirt hogtied with her elbows bound in the back of an SUV. This is certainly not how she imagined the morning after their date. The ride seems to drag on forever as the woman gets tossed about as the car goes down some dirt roads. There are two men (Tony and Eric Cain) in the front seats not saying a word. The vehicle finally comes to a stop and the men open up the hatch and take enough rope away so that she can walk with elbows still bound up to the cabin they are taking her to. Once in the cabin the attach her to an old chair. They get her gagged more including some black electrical tape and she struggles until they decide to change things up, adding zipties and duct tape to her body and hogtying her on the floor with duct tape and zipties wrapped around her mouth silencing her up pretty well, but what does the future bring for her….
