Rachel Adams is a workout instructor and JJ can’t stand her so she decides to tie her up and make her miserable. Rachel comes home from working out and grabs her bottle of water and drinks it, before she knows it she is asleep. When she is no longer sleeping she has been strung up to her bed post in her workout apparel. She is also cleave gagged. She struggles and struggles and struggles. JJ comes and silences her and then she appears stripped down and tied spread and glowing over an ottoman. A cleave gag goes in her mouth pretty quickly. Her hair has been tied back and her elbows are bound. She is very vulnerable. What will this mad woman do next?
