Vicious Vamp is not awake but she is in locked stocks. When she comes to she quickly realizes that she can get her hands out of those stocks, but it doesn’t matter because her head is locked into the stocks, a padlock keeping her in place. Her kidnapper comes in and ties her hands behind her back and lifts up her skirt. He has her slide across the floor on her knees. He ties her arms tightly together. She is still ballgagged. He gropes her huge natural boobs and adds more ropes to her arms. He hears something and comes back quickly with a reporter from television who was onto him kidnapping women, tying them up torturing them a bit and eventually letting them go. Her wrists have been taped. He throws her to the ground and tapes up her elbows and legs into a frog position. He smashes her face into the other girls face. He takes her giant scarf off of her and shoves it in her mouth and wraps her head with duct tape. He hogties the blond and adds more rope to the reporter, tying her elbows but bringing her hands up near her neck. Able to grab the scissors she goes to stab him in the grown but he grabs her first choking her. He hogties her next to his other captive and then adds a bunch of electrical tape to their gags. He then decides to take the blond away leaving the reporter there writhing helplessly. She can get her hands on the scissors, but the scissor can’t do anything for her with her hands tied like that.
