Gigi is JJs landlord. JJ is overpaying for a huge piece of property in the middle on nowhere Florida. Gigi said no big parties when she signed the lease but JJ didn’t listen. There is no one around for miles. So she hosts a huge biker party where people pay at the gate and Gigi found out and she is angry. Gigi would never get a better renter out there and should just be thankful to have a tenant that pays and JJ wants to teach the woman a lesson….so she over powers her gags her with her big scarf and ties her up.
